Prof. Dr. Sebastian Graf von Kielmansegg

Prof. von Kielmansegg's research focuses on the following areas

• Public medical law, in particular the law of clinical research on human subjects;
• Legal issues of security and defence policy, in particular military constitutional law and European security and defence policy;
• Constitutional law, in particular the doctrine of fundamental rights and comparative constitutional law.

Prof. von Kielmansegg is head of the Centre for Health Law at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel and coordinator of the specialisation on Health Law. He is also an active member of the Society for Comparative Law (Gesellschaft für Rechtsvergleichung e.V.).
