Anja Bosy-Westphal is an ecotrophologist, nutritionist and university lecturer at Kiel University. She has held the Chair of Human Nutrition at the Institute of Human Nutrition and Food Science at the Faculty of Agricultural and Nutritional Sciences since 2017.
Her research is dedicated to the topics of obesity, energy metabolism, functional body composition analysis, regulation of energy balance and concomitant diseases due to a disturbed energy balance.
