About Andrew R. DiNardo:

Andrew DiNardo is an assistant professor in infectious diseases at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He is also pursuing a PhD in epigenetics at Radboud University Medical Center since 2019.

As a physician-scientist, he is interested in infectious diseases and how severe and chronic infections such as tuberculosis and schistosomiasis lead to long-term dysregulation of the immune system. His professional goals are to apply cutting-edge science to address the disparities that disproportionately affect infectious diseases in vulnerable populations.
